Head of Customer Services
Andy is an experienced Service Manager having over 20 years experience in Telecommunications and Data centre services. Andy began his career in data centres in 2006 as a founder member of Infinity SDC before joining Pure in January 2016.
During his time in Infinity Andy successfully set up the customer management, service and operations support functions and a 24×7 central service desk supporting three London data centres. He established and led an order delivery team delivering bespoke colocation services and was responsible for operational planning and change management.
Andy now leads Pure’s customer service team in customer engagement and transition into operations and in-life customer service management.
