Dale Wilkinson

With a career spanning 30 years in the military, policing and private security sectors, Dale brings a wealth of experience in Security Management to Pure. He has complemented his practical experience with undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Leicester University, which led to him being awarded a Master’s degree in Security and Risk Management in 2015. Dale is also a longstanding member of the UK’s Security Institute.

Dale has leveraged his expertise specifically within the Data Centre industry since 2011, being responsible for the end-to-end delivery of security beginning at the design stage, through mobilisation and into operational live service, ensuring that the people, processes, infrastructure, and technology work effectively together under one consistent reference point.

Dale now serves as Pure’s Chief Vigilance Officer, bringing the various aspects of security under a converged model, and provides leadership for Crisis Management across the business to ensure service continuity.
