Nick On

Nick is an English qualified lawyer with over 30 years experience.  The first half of his career was spent in private practice working in corporate and real estate finance.  He headed the International Real Estate Finance Team of global firm Eversheds-Sutherland LLP and built a highly successful practice in London, Europe and the UK regions.  In 2009, Nick joined FTSE250 residential property company Grainger plc as its first Group General Counsel and led a series of successful financing transactions in the challenging debt and capital markets of 2009-2010.  In his 8 years with Grainger, Nick built and led the in-house legal, compliance and risk teams whilst leading on numerous strategic acquisitions and other transactions including the establishment of funds and co-investments for residential property assets in central London and in Germany and the development of Grainger’s build-to-rent strategy.

Nick joined Pure in 2017 and has led on all of its customer contracting, strategic land acquisitions and project documentation throughout the period of Pure’s rapid growth since then.  He now continues to lead on strategic transactions and investor relations and oversees all aspects of legal and compliance support to the wider business including the development, operational and overseas project companies within the group.
