Padraic McGuinn

Padraic is a chartered engineer and an experienced real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in providing advisory services to clients and customers in the commercial and corporate sectors. He started his professional career as an Engineer in 1987 in the nuclear power generation industry before moving into a consultancy role with Ove Arup in 1990 where he specialised in structural integrity assessments.

Padraic joins us from Avison Young, where he was Principal in the project management business unit responsible for business development and project delivery for corporate occupier and data centre clients. Previously Padraic was a Partner with Deloitte as part of their Real Estate practice providing programme management and project controls advice on large scale capital projects. Before joining Deloitte, Padraic was a Partner in Davis Langdon where he was instrumental in the growth of their project management service offering.

Padraic now leads Project Delivery for the group, from new asset acquisition and permitting through to project completion
