LOGOS and Pure DC establish cooperation framework

LOGOS, the Asia-Pacific industrial infrastructure development specialist, and Pure Data Centres (“Pure DC”), the global data centre developer and operator, today announced the establishment of a partnership aimed at developing critical data center infrastructure across the Asia Pacific region (APAC) bringing together each firm’s separate respective strengths. The agreement leverages LOGOS’s best-in-class logistics platform and reach across APAC with Pure DC’s leading hyperscale design and operational capabilities. LOGOS’s presence in ten operating markets across APAC offers global and localized resources covering the entire real estate life cycle coupled with certainty over new land acquisitions in supply constrained markets. Pure DC brings an established data center platform and a robust customer network as it services the industry’s most complex technical requirements.

Both LOGOS and Pure DC share a common vision for sustainability and aim to incorporate industry-leading sustainability objectives into design and operation.  The partnership is committed to delivering carbon neutral facilities, using renewable power and minimizing water usage on all their projects. The companies expect that projects developed under this arrangement will help facilitate the rollout of new large-scale renewable power infrastructure in underserved markets.
